Our commitment to quality is backed by a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty on all PetSafe Pet Tags. This warranty guarantees that if your pet tag ever becomes unreadable or unusable due to normal wear and tear, we will replace it for you.

 

Making a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your PetSafe HQ account.
  2. Navigate to the “Replacement Tags” section.
  3. Select the “Claim” option and follow the provided instructions to complete your claim submission.

 

Claim Approval

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by PetSafe HQ. Our team will assess each claim to confirm eligibility under the terms below. We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside the scope of normal wear and tear or are due to misuse or accidental damage.

 

Dispatch and Delivery

Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will endeavour to dispatch your replacement tag within 5 business days. While many replacements are processed sooner, please allow for the full timeframe during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • The Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the physical integrity and readability of the pet tag.
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidental circumstances is not covered under this warranty.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • In the event of a replacement under our Lifetime Warranty, the new tag will replicate the original tag’s design and information to ensure consistency and familiarity for both the pet and the owner.
    • Should the original design be unavailable or discontinued, our dedicated team at will collaborate with you to find an alternative solution. We are committed to providing a replacement tag that meets your needs and preferences, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
