The PetSafe HQ Points System is designed to reward our loyal users for their engagement and participation in various activities within the PetSafe HQ community. Activities such as referring new users, participating in Pet Polls and Trivia Quizzes, and more can earn user’s points. These points can be converted into balance credits, which can then be applied as discounts on subscription plans. This policy governs your participation in the points system.

 

Earning Points

  • Points can be earned through specified activities such as successful referrals, participation in Pet Polls and Trivia Quizzes, and other promotional events.

Conversion of Points

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The maximum number of points that can be earned or redeemed within a certain period (e.g., monthly or yearly) may be capped to maintain financial stability and integrity of the system.

Referral Program
